1. Service Agreement
A2Z Enterprises provides AC Service, AC Installation, AC Rental, Geyser Repair & related appliance services. All services are carried out by trained technicians based on the service request raised by the customer.
2. Charges & Payments
Service charges, repair costs, and rental fees will be clearly communicated before work begins. Customers must ensure timely payment after service completion. No service will be considered free unless stated.
3. Warranty / Guarantee
Warranty on repairs or spare parts is only applicable if mentioned on the bill. We are not responsible for damage caused due to mishandling, lack of maintenance, or electrical issues in the customer’s premises.
4. Rental Terms
For rental appliances:

Security deposit may be required.

Any damage caused to the appliance during the rental period will be charged to the customer.

Appliance must be returned in working condition.
5. Appointment & Cancellations
If a service appointment is booked and later cancelled or rescheduled, please inform us at least 2 hours prior. Last-minute cancellations may lead to a visit charge.
6. Customer Responsibility
The customer must provide safe working access, proper electrical arrangements, and truthful information regarding appliance issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
A2Z Enterprises will not be held responsible for:

Damage due to incorrect usage or unauthorized repair

Loss caused by delays due to weather, power issues, or uncontrollable events
8. Policy Changes
We may modify these Terms & Conditions anytime. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
